She brings nearly a decade of experience at the nexus of public affairs, strategic communications, geopolitics, and the emerging technologies shaping the energy and waste industries.

 

Erika was previously a senior consultant at APCO Worldwide where she specialized in developing and executing integrated public relations and external engagement strategies in the energy, manufacturing, and transportation sectors. 

 

Prior to APCO Worldwide, Erika served as the press officer for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a nonpartisan research institution in Washington, DC focused on U.S.-Middle East policy. 

 

Erika holds a Master's of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of St. Andrews, where she obtained a dual concentration in international relations and Persian (Farsi). She resides in Washington, D.C.
