Brad is Executive Vice President of Administrative Services at NetJets.
Prior to joining NetJets in 2017, he practiced law as a commercial litigator for more than 17 years, focusing on complex federal and state litigation involving contract disputes, antitrust matters, corporate governance disputes, professional liability, and securities law. As EVP of Administrative Services, Brad serves as General Counsel, leader of Human Resources, Global Security, Procurement, Corporate Real Estate and Information Technology, and is accountable for NetJets’ Global Sustainability Program, which is focused on reducing and offsetting the company’s carbon emissions with respect to both its flight operations and its overall corporate footprint. Brad attended The Ohio State Moritz College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to The Order of the Coif. He is also a graduate of Ohio University, where he received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude.
