Blake Mobley is Chief People Officer and Director of Special Projects at WasteFuel. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Biosplice Therapeutics, which develops first-in-class, small-molecule therapeutics based on pioneering science of alternative pre-mRNA splicing to target the root cause of developmental disorders, tissue degeneration and cancer.

Blake was Co-Founder and CEO of Threat Pattern, an analytic data firm supporting corporate and government clients. He also served as a Political Analyst at RAND.

He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Georgetown, a M.P.P. in Public Policy from Harvard, and a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford.
